Denis Kuznetsov is a professional with a capital P. He knows how to please gourmets.
Denis graduated from the higher culinary school in Kyiv City and from Kyiv National Trade and Economics University. He undertook internships in European restaurants. He worked in "Eldorado", "Tenerife" and "Concord" restaurants and in 2010 he became the head chef of the LEO restaurant kitchen.
According to the "Focus" magazine Denis Kuznetsov has been rated among Top 25 chefs of Ukraine.
Philosophy of cuisine
Notwithstanding that Denis traveled a lot and learnt cuisines of various countries, he made up his mind to stick to European cuisine with a slight Japanese zest.
Philosophy of Denis Kuznetsov cuisine is quite simple: food products must be fresh and of high quality, since daintith dishes may be prepared only from good products. Cuisine should be light, low-fat, and at the same time it should be rich and it should preserve all natural taste properties.
Denis invents his dishes very easily and quickly. He always discovers new products which is why new dishes from the chef always appear on the menu of LEO restaurant.
